1956 born in Salina Kansas, to a strong railroad family.
1974 finished high school in Kansas and attended Kansas State University.
1975 became a 3rd generation railroader, working on the Union Pacific Maintenance of Way.
1989 served as Sec/Tres M/W lodge 2720.
1994 entered engine service. Working both yard and road service, and became a BR&CF member.
1996 began aggressively obtaining members for the BR&CF.
2000 October appointed Terminal President, Terminal # 89, Kansas City, Missouri.
2001 served as Sec/Tres Div 61 of the BLE.
2010 July appointed to the Board of Directors of the BR&CF.
Mr. Jones comes from a strong union heritage and is proud to promote the BR&CF.
