Payroll Deduction or Dues-O-Matic...
Payroll deduction of BR&CF dues is available on some railroads...
If your employer participates in our payroll deduction plan and you wish to have your BR&CF dues deducted from your pay check, please print and complete the authorization card indicating your specific railroad. Currently we offer payroll deduction through Burlington Northern Santa Fe, CSX Transportation System, Norfolk Southern and Union Pacific railroads.
Please remit at least 3 months dues with the completed form in order to have sufficient time to process and set up for payroll deduction.
Dues-O-Matic (DOM) Option
The BR&CF also offers a "pre-authorized checking" method of dues payments. BR&CF would automatically debit your personal checking account on the 15th of the month, for the amount required to cover your dues payment. If you would like this option of dues payment, please print and complete the BR&CF Dues-O-Matic form and send it with a voided check and 3 months dues.
Also print and submit this form to make changes to an existing DOM payment option to change account name(s), bank information or change the frequency of dues payments.
