It is both an honor and a privilege to serve this Brotherhood. I enjoy daily interactions with the membership, and I relish the constant challenge of implementing service improvements that expand upon what is already the best value in job income protection. I take great pride in the fact that this Brotherhood provides the best service and the best value to railroaders in the United States and Canada, which can be easily proven by carefully examining any meaningful measure.
