The board of directors acted at the October meeting to amend the BR&CF Constitution. I am pleased to report the amendment was adopted by unanimous consent. A letter was recently mailed to all BR&CF members regarding the amended constitution. The letter includes a QR code that will direct you to the amended constitution.
