I want to take this opportunity to thank each of you for your continued membership, support, and confidence in the Brotherhood’s Relief & Compensation Fund. For generations, BR&CF has stood on a simple but powerful principal purpose: railroaders helping railroaders during some of the most difficult moments in their careers.
That mission remains as important today as it was when this organization was founded. Across the railroad industry, operating employees continue to face uncertainty, railroad mergers, excessive discipline, and the financial hardship that can follow. BR&CF exists to provide protection, stability, and peace of mind when our members need it most.
